How to order?
All designs are exclusive to Odilia Fu Design. Our jewelry are handmade to order
with limited quantities. If an item is unavailable, it will be reflected in the Shopping
Cart page. If not, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Your credit
card will not be charged until we actually ship out your order.
Our site is powered by Yahoo! Small Business Merchant Solutions. All transactions
are handled with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption and adhere to security
and privacy policies.
To order online, add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking "Order Now"
button . This will direct you to your Shopping Cart page, where you will be able to
enter the quantity and review or modify your order. At any time, you can click the
"View Cart" button to revise quantities or remove items from your cart.
When finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button or "PayPal Check Out" (see
Payment Method below for details). You will then proceed to a secure page where
you will be requested to type in your name, address, shipping information and
select a shipping method. Click "Continue" to proceed to the billing page where
additional shipping or tax charges will be reflected. When your order information
is complete, simply click the "Send Order" button and we will automatically receive
your order and you will receive an order confirmation. Please print a copy of the
order for your records. We will follow up with a shipment status email with UPS
tracking number when we ship out your order.
International Orders
We gladly accept international orders, but reserve the right to refuse any order
where billing information cannot be validated with the credit card issuing bank. We
will NOT ship to address that does not match with the address on the credit card.
We reserve the right to require payment via International money transfer or
International money order. Consignee or importer is responsible to pay all import
duties and Value Added Tax (V.A.T.).

Address Verification Service) to protect our customers.

Method 2: **NEW**: PayPal is now available as an additional payment method. Click
the "Pay with PayPal" button when you checkout. You will be directed to the PayPal
website to log in to your account. You need to verify your address and funding
information at the PayPal website and click "Continue" to go back to the
OdiliaFu.com website to enter the rest of the required information. eg. Coupon
code, shipping method etc.
IMPORTANT: For security purpose, we only ship to the address you have with your
PayPal account. Please make sure that your address is correct when you are at the
PayPal website. The address will be automatically entered into the OdiliaFu.com
Shipping Address Page.
Method 3: You can also choose to pay by credit cards via the PayPal website
(PayPal account is NOT required). Just click the "Pay with PayPal" button to
checkout. Enter your credit card information on the left side of the PayPal website.

Shipping
We gladly ship international.
Shipping and tax (if any) will be reflected on the billing page during checkout. You
can check shipping cost by entering the "Ship to" address after you click on
checkout. The shipping cost will be reflected BEFORE you enter your credit card
information and you can cancel the checkout process if you are not satisfied with
the shipping cost. You will be charged based on the UPS rates, there is no
handling fee levied by our store. We will ship your order within 1 to 2 weeks from
the time it is received. Please note that we are closed for Saturday, Sunday and
major US holidays.

deliveries. UPS will impose additional charges for invalid address.
SIGNATURE WAIVERS: Customers choosing to waive required signatures for
express deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our
facilities.
"Special Local Delivery" option is for neighborhood customers who have made
prior delivery arrangement with our office. Orders will be delayed if this option is
chosen and cannot be applied to your order.
