Returns

the merchandise for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are

Return Authorization Number and instructions within 10 days of the

#, and reason for return. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR
RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Claims MUST be made within 10

their original condition and packaging. You must include your original
invoice with the return.
Special orders, or items made to your specifications, are not

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid
cardboard box. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded
envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
